Kelly joined Aria in 2002, and is currently responsible for Aria’s professional services and support areas.
He has spent his 20 year career in the Contact Center. Prior to joining Aria, Kelly had various operational and management contact center roles at both – CellularOne McCaw Communications and TELUS Mobility. Then, he joined Aria to specialize in the area of workforce management (WFM) and was instrumental in developing this practice and bringing Aria’s Genesys to 3rd Party WFM integration solutions to market. He has had the opportunity to speak at several industry conferences on WFM practices and use of Genesys and Aspect WFM solutions.
In his spare time Kelly enjoys randomly calling contact centers, inputting his information into IVRs only to repeat the same information when the agent answers that call. He also enjoys mountain biking in the summer, hibernating during Canadian winters, and living vicariously through his former college competitors that are now on the PGA Tour.
