Jamie joined Aria Solutions in 2002, and currently serves as Vice President of Channels.
His career started with various positions at IBM Canada; in 1986, he co-founded Synamics, a successful Canadian telecommunications software company that served the contact center industry. Now, he leads Aria’s sales team to meet the business and technology needs of mid to large contact centers, in every major industry. This includes a focus on helping clients improve their CX, by striving to get every interaction right and eliminate application silos. Jamie is also involved in managing Aria’s relationships with leading manufacturers – such as Genesys, Amazon and Salesforce.
In his spare time, Jamie enjoys hiking in the mountains of British Columbia with his wife, protecting wilderness areas, and developing activities for the advancement of Canadian aboriginals.
