Ian joined Aria in 2006 as a Contact Center Architect to consult for a number of the largest companies in North America.
Ian has over 20 years of experience in contact centers, both from a technology and resource management perspective. Prior to joining Aria Solutions, he worked at a major telecom company in Canada. During this time he managed contact center technology through 3 mergers and acquisitions and a billing system upgrade.
Ian is considered an expert in customer experience and outbound contact, having contributed to numerous white papers and articles on contact centers. In his spare time, Ian likes to coach soccer and referee rugby. He has found many similarities in managing both – a daily scrum meeting and a rugby scrum.
