Aria’s Legato™ is a simple to use, cloud-based contact center solution providing seamless Salesforce integration to Amazon Connect. It is simple to deploy with no hardware required and as a scalable solution, it can support small-to-large enterprises.
Legato includes all the features of the Toolkit for Amazon Connect plus the following additional features that are not included with the Toolkit:

- Packaged solution – All the pieces you need are pre-assembled together and packaged in a simple to install solution
- Robust Softphone – Configurable and customizable softphone to help you achieve success through your agents

- API First Design – Legato development is done on the same managed API used by Legato users allowing for easier integration, more flexibility, and reduction of issues during development and upgrades
