Job Location: Anywhere within Canada or the United States

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have the ability and desire to travel within North America and work on multiple projects in different environments.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist our clients in achieving their business goals by collecting requirements and ensuring trace-ability to those requirements with involvement throughout the project.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop strong Salesforce business analyst and solution development experience, and communication and consulting skills under the guidance of industry leadership.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of IT application and telecom experience in a customer facing environment
  • Understanding of queuing theory and best practices for routing and reporting
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce experience, or 2 years working with contact center processes and 1 year as a Salesforce Admin
  • Knowledge and understanding of solution design, abstraction, debt management, and agile development methodologies
  • Strong business knowledge of sales and service centers, including processes and procedures
  • Experience deploying Service Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of telecom, IT applications and technologies
  • Ability to learn new technology rapidly
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, quotes and proposals at the same time
  • Proven problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in being able to deliver
  • Self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Development background would be preferred
  • Must be comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends and correcting data quality issues
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills
  • Ability to create process documentation and process flows, and make recommendations for improvements on the processes

Education/Certification:

  • Post-Secondary Degree in Computer Science
  • Understanding of Client Server Architecture
  • Business Analysis in an agile approach

It is preferable for individuals to have the following certifications:
- Certified Salesforce Admin 201
- Advanced SFDC Admin Certified 211
- CBAP® - Certified Business Analysis Professional™

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Aria Internal/External Teams, and Customers
  • Help to identify, qualify and close new business for all of Aria’s Salesforce Practice
  • Help client relationship team build and deliver Solutions that will contribute to the success of the Aria Salesforce Practice
  • Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions, and production issues reported by end-users
  • Prepare and conduct in-depth software demonstrations, product overlay, and supporting Solutions Consulting
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide input on market, and Aria’s Salesforce products, services and pricing
