Part 2: In our second installment of this webinar series, we are going to define the data involved in the process and plan the implementation steps. Often times, a process is designed without consideration for the data structure involved so we will talk about how to avoid related problems and pitfalls.

Part 3: It’s CRUD time! After the first two webinars where you’ve learned how to design the process and the data involved, it’s time to determine who can do what and who can see what. Let’s recap what we learned and set ourselves up for success in the future.
