Robert Church and Noel Roberts, the two Aria Solutions’ founders, have always been passionate about helping companies become more customer-centric. In 1997, they established Aria Solutions and became the first Genesys system integrator in North America. Since then, Aria has gained a strong reputation for their Genesys expertise specializing in system integration, agent technology, omni-channel capabilities, CRM, WFM and operational analytics.
What started from their technical expertise quickly evolved into a realized unique value proposition of bringing a highly personal approach to how they run their business. To date, the two founders never lost focus on their customers. That approach has allowed them to expand their offerings to include Salesforce and Amazon Connect platforms… all with the same customer-centric approach.
